Inspection and documents
Inspection methods and acceptance criteria come from the agreed standard, drawing or purchase requirement. Data sheets, declarations and reports are provided only when they are available and relevant to the product or order.

Issued records
A formally issued report keeps its report number, issuer and issued content. Corrections use a new revision or replacement record instead of silently changing the original.
